Kumaresan, a Yoga Master and a practitioner,
has a Teacher Training Certificate from Manasa Yoga, Kuala Lumpur. He has been
teaching for more than 5 years at his Yoga Centre in Semenyih, as well as, in
corporations like banks, medical specialist centres and homes like ‘Pure Life
Society’.
From his first encounter with the
book ‘The Seven Basic Laws of Nature’ to the workshops and finally through
Personal Coaching under Elango Thiyagu, Kumaresan has develop his business to
include regular Yoga classes, Yoga retreats for deeper understanding of Yoga
and 1-day workshops to share the application of Yoga beyond health, and also as
a part of living a successful life. His classes and workshops cater to both
children and adults.
He is also currently the Secretary
for Yoga Federation of Malaysia.
